The learning center is set up to provide a quality program to enhance the learning and development of the selected children, through holistic, weekly learning activities.  This includes the cognitive, spiritual, physical and emotion/social aspects of development. The children will regularly attend our learning center, at the Hub and engage in the weekly learning activities.  Our staff will give  individual attention and monitoring for every child in the program.

Long term: because our commitment with Compassion International, Philippines, to the child is from 3-21 years of age.

Holistic: because this program will not only develop the child mentally (cognitive) but physically, emotion/socially and spiritually.

Child development: because it targets children from the age of 3-8 years old.

Impoverished: because this program is for the neediest and most vulnerable children that we can reach.

Project Paglaum is a long term, holistic, child development program for the impoverished - the poorest of the poor.
